Paul Eberharter, Principal Architect and Managing Member
obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in Architecture
from the University of Washington. Eberharter
Architects, Inc. was founded in 2000 and has been in
Kingston Washington since 2004.
Nor'west Urban Solutions LLC is a Washington State real
estate development company that took over as developer in
2007 for Norwest Properties formed in 2005. Norwest
Urban Solutions is creating custom
designed homes, condominiums, and mixed use projects, in
Kitsap County. Nor'west Urban Solutions has some similar
aspects to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) regarding
raising capital, property acquisition and project
development.
Nor'west Urban Solutions targets three distinct markets.
The first is high end single family homes, the second is
garden apartments and condominiums in a range of price
levels, and third is mixed use projects. These mixed
use projects combine lower level commercial and retail
space with condominium and apartment living on the upper
floors. |
